Threshing & cleaning: OptiFloww functions in the Quantum Pro

WINTERSTEIGER product solutions can cope even with difficult harvestingconditions such as high straw content or wet forage. OptiFlow cleaning system

Optimization is a key factor. Equipped with a shaker and sieves, the Quantum Plus separating and cleaning system is designed to match the threshing unit's performance. The shaker is highly efficient thanks to its long stroke and high straw walker step. Ball bearings in the swing arms of the shaker and sieves guarantee a long service life. Hydraulically driven axial blowers provide the necessaryoutput for the sieve system and a laminar airflow in a compact design. The straw walker step with intermediate rake after the threshing case conveyor belt helps to separate the harvested material.

  • GRAEPEL shaker sizes up to 32 mm 

  • GRAEPEL top sieves from 4 to 32 mm for all crop types or adjustable lamella top sieve 

  • Bottom sieves for all crop types (round hole) from 3 to 20 mm, top sieves can also be used as a bottom sieve 

  • Pneumatic adjustable sieve opening (optional) for the cleaning cycle to remove any trapped awns (optional) 

  • Grain loss display at the rear of the machine provides visual feedback on losses (optional)
