Laboratory chopper
The Hege 44 laboratory chopper is suitable for efficiently chopping fodder crops in trials. It can be used to chop crops such as clovers and grasses, alfalfa, silage maize, and catch crop plants.
The plant sample is placed on the conveyor belt. Pressing the bale on the pressure roller actuates the feeders before the sample is fed to the disk wheel chopper. The pressure roller is applied until the entire material has been chopped. The trayis then pulled out to empty the chopped material.
