Classic Plus from WINTERSTEIGER for maximum threshing performance and pure harvested material
A clean harvest with the Classic Plus from WINTERSTEIGER. The WINTERSTEIGER plot combine is built on proven threshing technology that ensures clean harvested material and optimum straw throughput. Pneumatic seed transport and edge covers prevent harvested material from mixing. Operation and settings are carried out from the driver's seat.
The following features of the Classic Plus also enhance the purity of the harvested material:
- Various surface shakers and cleaning sieves
- Optimum distribution of air at the cleaning sieve
- Wind deflectors on the cleaning sieve
- Special air distributors in the blower
Shakers and cleaning sieves
One shaker step, two baffle plates, and conveyor rakes guarantee that straw is well loosened and the machine works well on slopes. The quick-change device makes it easy to replace the shakers.
The sieves, which support a high level of grain screening, have proven highly effective in conjunction with the two adjustable stroke lengths. A V-belt driven cross-flow fan governs the volume of air and guarantees clean, loss-free harvested material. This sieve is available in mesh widths of 6, 10, 14, 20, and 28 millimeters.
The sieve can be changed in just two minutes:
- Mesh widths: 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 28 mm
- Adjustable sieve, small (4–20 mm), adjustable sieve, large (16–30 mm)
Classic Plus: Special versions for special requirements in the field
- Additional side opening in the threshing case for cleaning the threshing case conveyor belt
- Anti-static conveyor belts in the threshing case and on the cutting unit guarantee optimum seed purity.
- Additional cover for easier access to the beater drum and for quicker clean out/blow out of the basic machine
- Precision finishing as well as sealing and rounding of all corners, edges, and rivets on the fine seed version ensure material is mix-free to the greatest possible extent.

- Conveyor belt inner scraper for threshing case and cutting unit conveyor belt
High-precision harvest data collection systems for the Classic Plus plot combine
WINTERSTEIGER offers weighing and data collection solutions that are customized to your requirements. W1, W1 PLUS, and H2 Classic TM offer numerous advantages for plant breeding:
Practical vehicle trailer for transporting the plot combine on the road
Two aluminum drive-up ramps are stored on the trailer for fast loading and unloading. The aluminum side walls with recessed fastenings fold down and are removable. The automatic tow coupling has both an overrun brake and an automatic reverse function.
