"There is no longer enough space…" – Words that have accompanied WINTERSTEIGER on its path of growth and success for almost 70 years.

In 1965, eight years after the last relocation, the premises at Froschauergasse, today's Hinterleitner building, had become too small for the company's needs, and so it was time to pack everything up for a second time and move to what is still the firm's premises today.

The new site on Johann-Michael-Dimmel-Strasse was originally a military barracks from the war. They were made available by the City of Ried and adapted for commercial use.
