Information connects: Group Journal magazine for employees
For 24 years, the marketing department has been producing the Group Journal magazine for employees twice a year. The magazine is distributed throughout the Group in 3 languages, and most colleagues receive a copy at their home address.
The focus of the content is on information provided by employees for employees. An issue might include articles written by apprentices or sent in by the divisions and subsidiaries as well as introductions to new colleagues and much more, creating various insights into what's happening in the Group. This internal source of information plays a key role in our multifaceted company with subsidiaries at over 30 locations.
