Visit by FH Wieselburg to WINTERSTEIGER

Students from the Fachhochschule Wieselburg technology college studying “Agrarian Technology and Digital Farming“ recently made the journey from Lower Austria to visit us in Ried. The contact came about through a student who did his work placement and undergraduate dissertation on seed cultivation with us.

After the company presentation and a keynote message on smart farming, the students got to see it for real in the showroom as we presented our seeders and combines. The machines were the highlight of the tour with some students being extra keen to take a closer look…

The visit concluded with a tour of the production facilities where the visitors got to see the manufacturing process–from sheet metal through to the finished machine ready for delivery.
